1. Who we are. A & B Meat Processing is a USDA-inspected meat processor (USDA FSIS Establishment No. M3957) located at 5180 Hwy 172, Comer, GA 30629, Madison County, USA. Our website is available to customers in all U.S. states.

2. Our services. We process, cut, grind, package and sell pork, beef, chicken, turkey, lamb and deer (venison), and may offer other products. Services, products and prices may change without notice.

3. Orders and payment. An order is accepted only when we confirm it. All prices are in U.S. dollars (USD). We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and PayPal. Payment is due at the time stated on your order or invoice. If we cannot fill an order, we will contact you and refund anything you paid for it.

4. Custom processing. You tell us how to cut and package your meat, and we follow those instructions. Final weights and yield depend on the animal, trimming and moisture loss, so quoted weights are estimates. Please confirm your cut instructions before processing starts, because we cannot reverse a cut once it is made.

5. Game and customer-supplied meat. If you bring animals or meat to us, you confirm that they were lawfully obtained and harvested and that you have the right to have them processed. We may refuse any animal or product that appears unsafe, spoiled or unlawful, and we follow federal, state and local inspection and disease-testing rules. Unless we tell you otherwise in writing, game and other meat processed for you is for the owner’s personal use only and may not be sold.

6. Pickup and unclaimed product. Please collect finished orders by the date we give you. Product left more than 7 days after we notify you may be disposed of for food-safety reasons, and storage fees may apply.

7. Food safety. We handle meat with care, but raw meat must be kept refrigerated or frozen and cooked to safe internal temperatures. You are responsible for storing and cooking the product properly once it leaves our control.

8. Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent the law allows, our liability for any claim about an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays caused by events outside our control, such as power failure, severe weather, supply problems or government action.

9. Website use. Do not misuse the site, try to break into it, or copy our content, logo or images without permission. Our name, logo and content belong to A & B Meat Processing.

10. Changes and governing law. We may update these terms by posting a new date above, and continued use means you accept the changes. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia and applicable federal law, and disputes will be handled in the courts of Madison County, Georgia.
